Trump isn’t even deporting. He’s detaining. There’s a difference. Most of the people ICE have picked up are still in the country.

Part of this is messaging, if you are here illegally and caught by ICE, you will be at least detained. That is enough to get some to self-deport - the number being advertised is 2M. I am not saying this good, just reciting the process.[/quote]
