[/quote] Where did she attack federal officers? to the contrary everything about how the first ICE officer approaches the vehicle was contrary to Standard Operating Procedure, which is why the driver got spooked and was trying to navigate out of the situation. The second officer was blocking her in and then made no effort to step aside (though the victim was *not* under arrest).[/quote]
