Morocco is not a developed country by anyone’s definition- economy, crime, education system, SES, legal judicial system, capital markets, infrastructure-wise, labor market, consumer market, etc.

Emerging markets are developing markets.

Islamic monarchy government are also exactly that, an unlimited power, religious government (Islam) run by a bloodline King, who is also the chief of military.
