Why would his first wife care if he cheated on Kelly or not? Her focus is going to be on her kids having lost their father. If he did cheat she would still post something nice about him.

And who knows how Reba feels. She might just pity him for having his dad as a role model for marriage. Also Reba was his stepmother for decades she’s not going to throw away someone who is like a son because he made a bad decision.

I think usually the most straightforward explanation is the right one. And the timing and move from meeting him through Kelly to mutual divorces to “loving partner” seems pretty self explanatory.[/quote]
