[/quote] Coaching mess aside, it also may just be a cyclical drop. It happens. They had a solid run with some really fast swimmers that were ideally spread across the team. But a lot of their strength is starting to compress now into the older age groups, so team wins are harder to come by. It happens to a lot of teams. While the division shifts can be a bit crazy some years, just being competitive and having fun in the division you are assigned should be the goal. [/quote]
