I don’t know one person whose “top political stance” is allowing kids to “mutilate their bodies.” Rather than blindly letting Fox News scare you into believing Dems want this - along with taking all your guns away, opening the borders for rapists and murderers, aborting newborns, stealing all the white people’s jobs, eating neighborhood cats, etc etc - why not do some actual reading and learning about our real agenda (spoiler - they are none of the above). Find me a Democratic politician that has been speaking openly and without party condemnation about the lack of medical ethics or science behind medicalized youth gender care. Show me the speeches, the strong stands taken, the fight to stop iatrogenic harm to children. Show me the Democratic politicians condemning the blue state laws that allow a parent’s refusal to medicalize their child to be an argument against custody. Show me the Democratic politician that has spoken out against allowing teens to get medicalized gender affirming care without parental consent. Show me the Democratic political leaders that fought to stop what is going to be seen on fifty years as a horrifying medical scandal perpetrated against the most vulnerable of children. And then, if you can even find a single Democratic politician to do this, show me how that politician was supported by the supposedly [i]good[/i] party for their strong moral and ethical stance to protect children. Show me the Democratic leaders that protected those brave politicians.

One of my deep frustrations about trans rights as an issue is precisely this inability to recognize and acknowledge just how isolated and out of touch people like DCUM Democrats are on the issue of trans rights. Trump is destroying this country and yet DCUM Democrats refuse to accept reality.
