Yeah the same country OBL supposedly died in. India and Pakistan almost came to blows this year. Pakistan went nuclear after India obtained nuclear weapons. Is it a surprise countries develop nuclears when they are facing threats and assassinations from a nutjob country in their region and their nutjob friend with an insane president wanting military parades?
