I hope I’m being paranoid, but a day that involves lots of MAGAs, military forces assembled at the whims of the Commander in Chief, lots of African Americans and allies— all celebrating different types of freedoms in close proximity to each other — feels like a set-up by an administration eager to impose martial law. I truly hope I’m wrong, but I can’t not see it this way.
