That may be true, but it hardly inspires confidence and a sense of safety in the general public. Having been the victim of an armed robbery by multiple individuals wearing masks and street clothes, I am not crazy about any LEO dressing like that in public. [/quote]

Your individual feels aren’t remotely relevant to the standard operating procedures of ICE. As an organization their mission isn’t to provide confidence and a sense of safety in the general public. They find people that are illegally present and deport them.

So you’re OK with any LEO wearing masks, ski masks, bandannas or anything else at any time, correct?  And wearing street clothes and not showing their badges or wearing their agency logo jackets when they detain any individual. Correct? [/quote]
