BU has an 11% acceptance rate. It's not a safety school.

When all of your classmates are going to Ivy+, Williams, etc., BU is a safety - I'm pretty sure it was the worst school I saw. Partially because none of the SUNY/CUNY kids showed up. Nothing to be ashamed of - BU is a great school. Just the facts.[/quote]

If you are 1550+ and top 10% of your class at Stuy, BU is most definitely a safety. As are a lot of really great schools. Perhaps some of these kids will get rejected from BU for yield management.[/quote]

There are quite a few kids with those stats that get rejected by T25 schools. The  safety take is pretty silly. [/quote]
