For those offended at people saying that GLP!'s are the easy way out... I'm sorry, but someone losing a large chunk of weight, putting in the work to that, make better choices consistently, hit the gym 6 days a week, re-wire their brain, and keep that up for years? Yeah, that's way harder. It just is. It's a fact. There's no need to be offended. There are hard things that other people in life do, that I cannot. I respect them and am not bothered by the fact that some of my life choices may have been easier. We all make our choices. If you're offended by someone calling your choices easier, then that's on you.
One, I and can’t say this enough, I could not care less if you respect me. Two, no one is offended that anyone is saying weight loss with GLP drugs is easier. Of course it is!!! That’s why so many people are finally losing weight and getting healthier. Calling us lazy is a whole different story. That is offensive and just plain dumb. I still had to exercise 6 days a week and make healthy choices. Are you under the impression we didn’t have to do that? I lost even more weight without drugs some years ago and it came back because all I could do is think about food. So no. Looking the weight the “hard” way is not better if it’s just going to be gained back. But I keep asking why so many people like you are so invested and think that they need to have an opinion on something that doesn’t concern them at all. Just live your life and don’t worry about what the rest of us are doing. It has zero impact on you.
