Are you OK with bringing illegal aliens back to the USA after it’s indisputable they beat the SH*T out of their wives?
I am about following the rule of law. This man was not deported because he beat his wife. She filed a restraining order, which she admits and explains why. She did not press charges. He did not go to court. He was not tried and convicted of assault. I am not thrilled to know that he punched his wife. It makes it easier for people like you to say it was OK for him to be sent to this concentration camp, which it was not. It is NOT ok for us to operate without the rule of law. Remember - the rule of law is MOST important, when the people involved are least sympathetic. There's no reason to focus on the character of this man. What matters is he was NOT supposed to be deported to El Salvador, and he should not have been sent to this concentration camp. None of the people who were deported should be sent there - the US should not be PAYING the president of El Salvandor to put our deportees in a concentration camp for that matter.
He is a citizen of El Salvador who had a deportation order and is being held by El Salvador.
