Bethesda needs to get rid of KL and SC. KL can't coach older age groups as his 06s went downhill slowly after U15. Bethesda had to buy OPSA after KL destroyed the 07 team and didn't have enough players. I don't think he had much to do with the 08s. Can't really place blame on KL or SC for 09s although the 09s have not improved this year since KL took over. The 2010s are also seeing a downturn of success now even though they have only added good players. Guessing the 2011s are only going to follow the same track.

SC may be an excellent Soccer Coach but he has zero hold of his temper and his arrogance and people skills are trash. Any Coach with good management would have never allowed these parents to act in this manner game after game.

Year after year of complaints of KL coaching and treatment of players. Year after year of problems with SC misbehaving, and starting fights with other teams and coaches. MN may not be directly coaching but has also been causing problems. Remember all these individuals (KL, SC, JC and MN) are in a "friends circle" that includes JC which prevents anyone from losing their position.

All of this is a shame because Bethesda is still a respected Club as they have been around for so long. A lot of coaches outside the DMV would be happy to relocate for the ECNL oppurtunity at Bethesda. I honestly don't understand how nothing has been done.

IF you are at Bethesda or considering, RUN away until ECNL management and coaching staff has been removed. I know the MDU coaches aren't exactly highly regarded but they are better than Bethesda except for SV. Other option is obviously going over the bridge.
