But if Karp really did what Trump claimed (agree to something as vague as “not using DEI policies, agree to specific types of pro bono, to put restraints on the type of case they will agree to take, and especially that Karp “acknowledged the wrongdoing” of the NY Trump prosecution) that is way way out of bounds.
