It's absolutely a thing. The tiktok search algorithm isn't great- for example, if you look up "My Shayla" which was a massively trending sound like with tens of thousands of videos made to that noise, you'll get the same kind of results: a long list of videos with hundreds of views. That's just how the algorithm works- you can have multiple videos made with millions of views but the search function doesnt put them at the top. If you were actually on Tiktok (the girl side, at least) you would know that this discussion has been happening for a while now and women are getting more and more vocal about it[/quote]
