[/quote] If you want to separate do it in your own terms, you will get all your unused annual leave paid out but will give up your sick leave. I'm working on that now. Normally when a kid is sick I would use annual leave to deal with it, now any appointments or home sick I'm using up sick leave. I will last as long as I can.... but when it's time to go I'm out. Unless they offer actual good early retirement options. [/quote]
