The writing is on the wall. It’s going to be colder tomorrow than it was this morning and the advisory for negative wind chills goes through 11 am. It’s a no brainer they’re delaying. This is laughably circular.  It only affects certain buses and certain kids somehow.

MCPS and Loudoun are citing road conditions and plowing concerns in their explanations.  Not buses can't start and cold kids. 
 Also, check out the map of how much snow fell.  They got more snow on Sunday. [/quote]
