The Obamas should’ve taken a page from the Bush family and stepped away from the spotlight and going after those presidents. I think the Obamas thought they’d be able  to enjoy life outside of politics but the candidates the DNC  handpicked  for the past three election seasons were so incompetent at working a crowd and public speaking or drawing a crowd that the Obamas had to pick up the slack and go on the road  to campaign on their behalf [/quote]

Why would they do that if they think Kamala Harris is better for America than Donald Trump?  I am sure the Bush family wouldn't have stepped quite so far away from the spotlight if they had a GOP candidate they could be proud of.  They're not breaking a sweat to help Donald Trump who s*it all over the Bush Presidents' legacies...[/quote]
Also, minor point that Bush was hideously unpopular when he left office and Obama was… not. Plus he’s having the time of his life out there. I know people who worked for him and they can tell.[/quote]
I don’t know anyone who worked for him and I can still tell he’s having a great time. I know Mrs. Obama loathes politics, but you can tell that she probably enjoys doing a few rare political events like this, too, and she’s really good at it. [/quote]
