Good. Your kid will learn to make choices and learn consequences and learn that there are multiple ways to solve problems and learn to manage anxiety better without a crutch. What's the worst thing that happens if he misses the bus one day?  (BTW, the buses are waiting to leave as schools get this implemented and worked out)  Teachers and admin don't go off duty the instant the bell rings. They are there to make sure students get where they need to go or to contact someone if they don't. Surely you have emergency contact information on file with the school that personnel would call to pick up your kid.[/quote]
