If a democrat is president, America is not racist or bigoted or terrible. If a republican is elected president, America immediately transforms into an absolute hellhole.
Then why is OP complaining? She’s had Democrat presidents vast majority of past two decades.
Only democrats are allowed to be elected president. Otherwise democracy will die in darkness.
Maga is not Republican. I'd be ok with any of the candidates the GOP has floated before. But now serious politicians like Romney, Bush are too whatever for magas. The magas are a fascist cult of personality. It's depressing, I agree with OP.
Bush was Hitler, now Trump is Hitler. Republicans are all Hitlers.
This exactly. Some of you may be too young to realize that this is a pattern. Bush was a moron and Trump is a racist or facist. Romney was called a racist and also derided by Obama for considering that Russia was still a threat. Every single Republican is characterized by their opponent and the water carrying media and Hollywood as somehow fatally flawed. So those of use who pay attention and are old enough to see the pattern immediately ignore all the hyperbole leveled at EVERY single Republican. We know. We are all racists and all hate women and we all carry guns and sleep with our siblings and live in trailers. Yeah yeah. We get it. Meanwhile, I’m a middle aged women who is a lawyer, has had an abortion, comes from a family or educated people none of whom own guns or trailers and I will vote for Trump. He is a better choice for the economy and for the future of our country geopolitically. For those of us who aren’t lemmings and aren’t afraid to be called names, it’s really an easy call. Kamala is a thinly veiled communist.
Same here. Middle aged suburban mom who is a regular poster. Frequently called a troll, Boris, etc whenever I express conservative opinions. Some of the people here have never left their insulated bubble. I’ve voted for both Dems and Republicans. I don’t agree with everything Trump says, but I support vast majority of his policies.
You want millions of people to be rounded up and put into camps or deported? It's about 5% of the work force - who will do those jobs? You want an across-the-board tariff on all imports, which will cause prices to go up and start a trade war which will hurt American exporting companies? You want tens of thousands of civil servants to be fired and replaced by unqualified, inexperienced Trump loyalists? You want Trump to order the DOJ to investigate, arrest and prosecute his enemies? While at the same time ordering them to drop the cases against himself, amd pardoning all those who participated in January 6, including the Proud Boys who were convicted of insurrection.
I’m fine with all those policies. Especially the first.
People who are in America illegally should be out processed at any available facility and deported. Trump doesn’t want illegal immigrants confined in camps inside the US, because our taxpayers are still responsible for their upkeep. Trump has not proposed or ever said he is going to put people in camps and hold them prisoner. He’s going to deport people who don’t legally belong in America.
He won’t do it because Republicans, including Trump himself, are ones hiring all the undocumented workers. All the sectors that hire them are dominated by right-wing employers. They are conning you with this. They know how to play suckers for votes, but then vote against a Republican-led border bill because it’s a better politically to do nothing and scare you with imaginary caravans.
Nobody buys that any longer as reps are the party that want everify.
