I don’t think I still know any Trump voters—I knew several in 2016 but only one in 2020 after I became clear that Trump’s policy goals are always overridden by his narcissism and chaos., and lack of any real ability to run anything.  The one person I know who is still a Trump voter is very highly educated (scientist) but from an old southern rich family and has really always been low key racist and crazy opposed to government regulation — she’s just generally a difficult person who has some good points (she’s always the first to jump in with helping clean up after dinner, loves her dogs), but is the kind of person everyone avoids talking to because she’s argumentative and just mean, even to family.[/quote]
