Garner was a rebound from Jennifer Lope. They met in late 2003 on the set of Daredevil right after Ben dumped Jennifer Lopez and although some say Ben and Lopez were working things out/still together but just no longer engaged at this juncture.

Garner left her Alias co star Vartan for Affleck in  2004, got pregnant with Violet in early 2005, married Ben in mid-2005, Violet is born early December.

There are even some that say Violet is vartan’s daughter but I don’t believe this.

The point is all 3 have a history of rebounds and cheating especially Affleck and Jennifer Lopez who also met Affleck on the set of Gigli in December 2001 when she was a newlywed married Sept 29, 2001 to her backup dancer Cris Judd. Cris was given a nice divorce settlement to go away silently in May 2002. Lopez and Affleck went public the same week[/quote]

This is why J Lo using Violet in pap strolls made me uncomfortable. We all know J Lo probably doesn’t like Garner and thinks she “stole” Ben from her.

I think part of the album and movie charade she was on was to stick it to Garner that Ben saved his love letters to her and always loved her. Now, she has egg on her face as Ben and Garmer are spot canoodling around town sans the kids. Once again, Garner is a rebound.

Gwneyth Paltrow was smart for calling Ben perpetually unhappy in any relationship after 2 years. That seems to track with history and it’s probably why Garner implied she kept getting pregnant all the time. As soon as Sam was born, Ben was checked out after no more kids arrived [/quote]

Agreed on all points. JLo was purposefully trying to hurt Garner with that book of letters. Many people have that "he may have been with you but was thinking about ME" mindset after an affair has happened. I hate saying this but she wanted want Garner has. The kids and forever connection to him. I suspect these last 2 public outings with the kids tipped JLo over the edge to file. Don't believe for second she always planned on filing on their ceremony anniversary. That's way to close to Violet's send send off. Something snapped in her [/quote]
