The policy requirement allowed me to realize that we are very very far from being on the same page about this. So I’ll now be more aware and can make my own informed decisions. It was difficult for me to believe that anyone thought this book was a good idea for classroom instruction, but this thread illustrates that there definitely are—whether they’ve read it themselves or not.
