Where does the Constitution give Congress the power to regulate the types of medical treatments that are available within states?  This matters.

As for Trump:  he is not taking any rights away at the moment, as he is not working for the government.  That said, I would be very concerned if he became president again, as he has threatened free speech rights in the past (threatening to sue publications that published articles of which he did not approve), and has threated voting rights by arbitrarily stating that certain votes in certain states are "rigged" and "unfair" and by asking at least one state to "find" some votes for him.  The threat to democracy and free elections is real, as is the threat to the peaceful transfer of power.
