Sounds like a 1099 paid remote worker.  He's hourly for technical advice and likely gets paid per placement or something like that. They'll likely use him very little.  It's a nice PR tactic and perhaps BC gets paid for placing some kids.[/quote]

Putting him in as an "advisor" is purely a marketing ploy in a sad attempt for Adam to save face.  Every single new coach Adam originally brought in this Spring for the GA program is gone.  ALL of them.  What's left now is recycled, local coaches, some of which were losing their old jobs from all the other soccer craziness (mergers) in the area.  Really sad to see what TSJ and Adam have done to this club.[/quote]
