Most Democrats thought and think he is too old but that doesn't entitle Marianne Williamson or Dean Phillips to the nomination. The problem is nobody serious wanted to run against Biden. This is his fault for not showing down.[/quote]

I don't think people understand how the major parties work. No serious contender would challenge a sitting president. They would have zero support from the party. It would be a death knell. The reason nobody mentioned as replacements ran against him is because they'd all love a shot at the presidency. [/quote]
