It is unconstitutional to require someone to say the pledge of allegiance, just like it's unconstitutional to prohibt flag burning. Just because you disagree with someone's words or actions doesn't mean they don't have a right to say or do it. It doesn't mean they are seditious or treasonous. [/quote]
