To be fair, you have to include the context that those comments are usually in reaction to those saying they DGAF and Covid is a lie/over/overblown, you name it.  I don't hear "I'm a good citizen and you're not", I hear "don't be an ahole".  I think there is a distinction.  [/quote]

I think you'll find the COVID deniers actually love being called murderers for not wearing masks because it truly makes you look unhinged. I recommend reserving that term for people who perpetuate anti vax myths because those people are truly responsible for a  lot of death and the data clearly show this. Not so much for anti-maskers, as annoying as those people were at the height of the pandemic.[/quote]

This is the correct answer. People shouldn’t have to mask anymore to make others comfortable. If you don’t want covid, wear a mask in public. It’s the only fair way. Asking others to mask is unreasonable at this point. [/quote]

Even if you mask, that doesn't help with surface illnesses, and not everything is just about covid, but colds and flu's.  If you are sick, stay home.  You can have almost everything delivered now, often within a few hours.  It is not unreasonable to expect people who are sick to mask.  It's basic decency.  [/quote]
