Setting aside your confusion about neighborhoods, Union Market is not thriving because you can walk from NOMA. Particularly when H street is even closer to you and going the opposite direction. And you can equally walk to Chinatown at the same distance. [/quote]

Now you’re truly making zero sense. But fwiw I do *also* walk to H St and Chinatown (I live on the Hill not NOMA though.)
