Not seeing how he is APE plant.
He explained somewhere he had talked to them but had no connection. Zero history before this election looking at their “advocacy”.

He’s anti SRO. Donations from 4 people who are probably parents at his school. Clumsy but engaging with people here to explain himself. Very pleasant about the other candidates and school board members. Volunteer tutors kids on top of being a dad and VP of something.

He cares about achievement but only APE cares about achievement now?

Miranda is a founding member and obviously serves APE only on the board. I just lost some respect for KC if she has indeef joined their Facebook page.

APE isn’t being vocal because they know they’ll tank that candidate’s chances. If I was running for school board, even if they offered me an endorsement, I wouldn’t take it. Pure poison.[/quote]

Full disclosure that I’m a friend of Kathleen’s. She was definitely not an APE supporter during Covid. However as a potential future school board member she is absolutely going to engage respectfully with all Arlingtonians, including those who belong to APE.

I’m one of her biggest fans but even she and I respectfully disagree on some issues. Doesn’t mean she doesn’t talk with me or hear me out on certain issues as a potential future public servant.
