I've followed them for years. They've always tried to stress their unique individualities despite their connectedness. Legalities aside, it's hard to see how someone can be married to one, but not the other. If the husband is really only in love with Abby, how does this not negatively impact Brittany? With the exception of kissing, they will experience the same things physically, but emotionally he is in love with just one? How could that not be difficult? I hope Brittany can find love, too.
And what happens if Brittany wants to date and get married? Maybe he’s the greatest guy in the world. Or maybe he gets off feeling like he gets to be with two women all the time. I feel sorry for Brittany regardless.
Yeah I wonder how that would work bc Abby is a married woman and she is now dating some guy ? It doesn’t seem logical that he isn’t married to both of them. and let’s be honest even if he married both of them is it really bigotry? Could anyway really bring themselves to make that argument?
They only have one set of reproductive organs, so it isn't like he can only have sex with Abby. When the husband has sex he is having sex with both of them because they share a vagina. So what if Brittany says no she doesn't want to have sex and Abby wants to have sex with her husband? The whole thing is so bizzare.
They've probably already covered this and any potential children/legalities with their lawyer. I don't know the answers but hopefully they do. I work in child support (state administrative orders) and I could laugh or more likely cry about how complicated this could be IF they fail to get everything nailed down legally (determining legal paternity and maternity, for one thing). .
There is no way to cover this because there are no laws covering a two headed one torso human being. There is no issue with legal paternity it is how maternity is established. Why are you assuming they have a lawyer?
I imagine if they have children they’ll use a surrogate and put a name on whose eggs they are using (I get they’re twins and share a reproductive system and you can’t genetically tell whose eggs are whose) rather than carry a pregnancy
