VDA Playbook.  They don’t care if you can actually coach but rather can you bring players into the club.  MW was brought in to bring in BRYC players.  MA for Herndon players.  They tried to get NS from NVA.  BP is being brought in to get FCV players.  Their next director is at SYC, Union, or NVA.  [/quote]
