Back in the Weast and Starr days DCI had 4 people - 1 director, 1 coordinator 1 investigator and 1 secretary and until Starr came MCPS didn't even have an internal general counsel.  DCI went down the drain when Simmons became director.  Before her the office was highly respected and principals and staff knew they could get their issues taken care of quickly.  Simmons got away with being horrible because she is friends with McKnight who protected her.   [/quote]
