I’m surprised this hasn’t come up.  They keep talking about how this will create different slates of candidates in different states, but that’s always the case.  Jill Stein was on the ballot in some states and not others.  The constitution specifically says states get to decide how to choose presidential electors so that will obviously result in non-uniformity.[/quote]
