[/quote] And then it takes another 9 months while the police finish their investigation, write up their report, present the results to the county attorney's office, and wait for the county attorney's office to make a decision and press charges. Assuming the driver is even charged, which drivers typically are not. Maybe a traffic citation.[/quote]
