[/quote] The host can’t control any of that. And probably didn’t advertise in the listing that the neighborhood didn’t include any of that. I worked in real estate for an a long time and had to answer or not answer a lot of questions about how safe a neighborhood is. It’s so subjective as to be useless as different people have a huge spectrum of where they feel comfortable or not. [/quote]
