I’m really not interested in hearing what a father thinks. Why is he speaking for the mother? Why don’t he let her speak for herself?
Because politicians and the SCOTUS don’t care to hear women. We are second class citizens in their eyes.
So really, the goal is to get judges thrown off the court and replaced with judges you approve of?
"Thrown off"? No. But judges we "approve of"? Absolutely. Those judges we approve of would be ones that protect women's medical privacy and choices. I want politicians OUT of reproductive choices.
100% And this is why republicans will keep losing. Women are not taking it.
Sadly many, many Republican women are fine with misogyny.
+1. So many women are fine with these policies.
Gee A lot of women support life. Imagine that.
Forcing a woman to give birth to a terminally ill baby, who gasps for air in his final hours, in pain . . . and then sticking the family with tens of thousands of dollars of medical bills is not "supporting life."
+4 Maybe that drooling forced birther pp could be bothered to learn about what happens to women who are denied abortion, even garden variety non life-saving abortions. Spoiler alert: women who can’t get the abortions to end a pregnancy they don’t want end up poorer, less healthy - two women actually died from pregnancy and delivery complications, more likely to be abused, their existing children are less likely to hit their milestones. https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2022/05/15/1098347992/a-landmark-study-tracks-the-lasting-effect-of-having-an-abortion-or-being-denied All in all, being a forced birther is in all respects the most incredibly disrespectful to life position a person can take. I just pray that the homeschooled 4th grader who posted that “support life” drivel gets some time on the family desktop to read the NPR link and maybe by the time she gets her first period in a few years she’ll have developed some critical thinking skills, too.
