Majority are smaller homes, with larger homes converted into condos. SF also isn't really "white" , and has seen tons of immigration. USA population increased significantly due to the recent immigration of the past decades after the Civil Rights movement. The talk of reparations at this point and one group of people owing the other is rather moot with all the waves of immigrations from all over the world in all the skin shades. [/quote]
