I imagine this will be true for most MCPS schools this year.  Many teachers left mid-year and more and more have had enough and are either retiring, or changing careers.  And not just MCPS - this is a nation-wide problem[/quote]

Yah, if tnat's the case then it's that usual MCPS problem. It's Tilden specific problem. School has been going downward. [/quote]
