[/quote] I had zero guidance from parents, but that's also because they were poor immigrants. I had to hustle on my own. I hated being poor. OP's DS has a UMC problem. If you were poor, your DC would have done what he needed to to get a job because low income parents aren't helping their adult children with a college degree from an ivy. It's the other way around.[/quote]
