I WORKED while I was in college.  Of course I registered my car where I lived (‘my college town).  I paid for my car registration, insurance, gas, repairs, etc.

If you permanently moved then yes you are a resident. Meaning your changed your license and license plate etc. If you waitressed for during the year and got a temp parking permit  then no you are not a resident.[/quote]
