The mustache and the way he dresses seems like he's going through a mid-life crisis. Is he actually a high-powered agent? If he is, he'll most certainly rebound with a 25-30 year old.
He and Reese allegedly sold “their” production company for like $900 million. He’s walking away from the marriage super rich. Rebounding with a young babe is a given.
Yeah. I read they both realized they came into so much $$ and there was no incentive to fight to stay together. I read he was going through a midlife crisis at the time all this $$$$$ came around.
Like there was incentive before? In CA he would be entitled to half her earnings from the duration of their marriage anyway. No matter what he’d be set for life.
BUT this is MEGA $$$. Big $$ even for Hollywood celebs. She sold her company HELlo SUNSHINE for $900 MILLION last year. That was on top of her already huge net worth. She is now the world's richest actress. And, Jim waited his ten years so as to get alimony for a long time. The '10 year rule' in California is why so many celebrities hang in there (the less wealthy spouse) and then announce the divorce. California is one of a few states where you can benefit in alimony payments from staying married 10 years or longer. In this situation, the spouse earning less income retains the right to be paid alimony for as long as he or she needs, and as long as the paying spouse can pay.
"Her" company? All the news articles when it happened said it was THEIR company. It was created after they were married, wasn't it?
