No one cared. No one. The second graders are less judgmental and more emotionally mature than some of you. I think OP has an inflated sense of her social standing and thinks this mom wants to talk to her. Joke may be on you in a few years when that kid is the most popular one in your kids grade and you find out that his mom or dad is someone you would like to network with. Kindness (or even decency) is cheap and easy and doesn’t come back to bite you in the butt later…[/quote]
