We all have our bumpy days. The point about most sweets not being all that good is what I’m realizing. Like, I could have this thing but… meh. I’m also realizing how much added sugar is in things it has no business being in. I know I’m late to that party, but sheesh! I’ve found that many of the standard products from Aldi tend to have less added sugar than other stores, which is helpful.[/quote]
