Oh, wait, Airplane Noise... not.[/quote] Yes, airplane noise is a factor and will be an even bigger one as we came out of the pandemic and people realized just how bad it is. The houses in equally leafy central neighborhoods outside of the flight path aren’t sitting for months and repeatedly falling out of contracts and selling at a loss. Just look up the sales per area. It would be naive to think that the plane noise hasn’t reduced the pool of potential buyers. I think it had already, but if not, certainly will also depress the prices. It had happened in every other area under the flight path. Or do you subscribe to the Palisades exceptionalism theory? [/quote]
