Right, which is why you always have a back up plan when the weather is questionable - and it was predicted to be very cold, so no surprise there.  The WH has several areas inside which would have been perfect.  And worries about Covid, etc??  Seriously?  No one rational is still worried about being indoors with other people at this point.  And all guests were tested upon arrival.  AND they had a luncheon inside after the ceremony, so apparently weren’t concerned about Covid.   :roll: [/quote]
