Her school is run by a committee of master teachers. They all teach half schedules and share administrative duties. I’d love to see American systems transition to this model. Many of the complaints (the excessive duties, sub coverage, mandated meetings, required paperwork) would probably lesson or disappear once administrators were held to the same expectations as teachers.
