I think the fake meat is better for the environment but not your body. Eating whole unprocessed foods is best, whether vegetable or meat.[/quote] Therefore, moderation is key. I'm a 25+ year vegetarian. I don't eat meat for ethical reasons, and believe there are health reasons to avoid processed "fake meat." So I eat it sometimes. It's not a staple. Just like red meat and chicken nuggets probably aren't a major staple for you (since you're obviously health conscious). By the way, my meat eating family think impossible burgers taste like real hamburgers (I wouldn't know as I don't remember what a burger tastes like). [/quote]
