These boards are invariably captured by special interests, ie teachers unions. After what it did to our kids during the pandemic, we should be looking for ways to cripple WTU not create sneaky new ways to give it even more power. And, yea, I know jeff does not allow people to criticize the teachers union and will just delete this (like all posts even slightly critical of the teachers union)
Look at the topic of the thread. For your convenience, it is included with every post and at the top. It clearly says, "Democrats for Education Reform (Bowser, Goulet etc)". It does not say, "special interests" or "teacher unions" or "WTU" or any of the other off-topic subjects you want to bring up. That is why your posts get removed. There are a few of you who either have a sense of entitlement that causes you to believe that you can discuss whatever you want in any thread regardless of the topic or simply have an uncontrollable obsession and can't stop yourself from posting about certain topics regardless of the thread. Either way, it is left to me to control it since you are obviously not able or willing. This thread is about a group that is providing an unprecedented amount of outside funding and conducting misleading advertising in its attempts to influence the election. If you have evidence that the WTU is providing anywhere near that amount, or engaging is similar deceptive advertising, I could see why the union might be relevant. But, short of that, it is simply an attempt to divert from the topic of the thread.
