DP tell us how that changes the issue? The cast majority of abortions are in the first trimester. Most 2nd trimester abortions happen because of a doomed pregnancy, fetal anomalies, and other sad circumstances. These are typically wanted pregnancies. Except in extremely extremely rare cases, third trimester abortions don’t happen, they’re called deliveries at that point. Reminder that the third trimester begins at 27 weeks and there are maybe one or two doctors in the entire country who will end a pregnancy after that time in a way other than c-section or inducing labor. And the only reason that might be required is a horrible situation where it is safer for the mother to end her pregnancy without doing l&d. [/quote]
